Terms of service

Wood Items:

Wood grains, knots and markings are unique to each item. Colours shown on your screen/device may vary; allow for slight variances. Every screen shows colour slightly differently. Also, photos are as close as possible but each item is unique.
Another characteristic of wood is that it may contract in colder weather and expand in warmer weather; it is not considered a defect.

I’ve changed my mind; may I change my order? Or may I cancel it?

Within the first hour after ordering, absolutely. After that it will be reviewed on an individual basis. Please email asap if you wish to make a change. 

Refund policy:

Only if there is something wrong or incorrect with your order will it be refunded.
However, we do want you to love your pieces! If there’s something you are unhappy with when you receive you order, please contact us and we’ll see if there’s something we can do.

Damages:

If your item was significantly damaged because of shipping we will replace it. Photos of damages are required within 24 hours of receiving your pieces. We will assess at that time.

Lost in transit:

If there was a confirmation of delivery to the address from the shipping service the item will be deemed delivered. A package will be considered lost if it has not arrived 30 days after being shipped.
